RISK MANAGEMENT TRAINING
The President of Compilance Internatioanl, LLC recently conducted a 4 day seminar for Audit and Risk Management personnel within a commercial and investment banking environment, focusing on the Internal Capital Adequecy Assessment Process in accordance with the pronouncements of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision regarding the Basel II/”Basel III” Accords and guidance issued by the Bank for International Settlements. The program focused on developing an effective regulatory compliance and management program to execute the business plan, which considers in detail the following risks and the capital needed to buffer against those risks:

- Off-Balance Sheet Risks
- Legal Risk
- Compliance Risk
- Interest Rate Risk

The seminar analyzed the relevant key risk indicators, stress testing, scenario modeling, model assessment, cross border dynamics, including assessing counterparty credit and securities risks, etc. It considered various analytics, metrics and other processes to asssess the foregoing risks.
